Hello and Welcome to Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Here, you will discover that SEL is the process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions. Weekly you and your child will be introduced to ways to implement SEL in your home and in your community.
